Alla Montchak, sektördeki adı ile Nikki Benz, 11 Aralık 1981 tarihinde dünyaya geldi. 7 yaşında ailesinin Kanada'ya göç etmesiyle Toronto, Ontario'da büyüdü. Ocak 2003'te Pleasure Productions ile sözleşme imzaladı. İlk seks sahnesini Strap on Sally 20'de Gina Lynn ile ve ilk kız-erkek sahnesini Ben English ile The Sweetest Thing'de yaptı. Sözleşmesini tamamladıktan sonra Los Angeles, Kaliforniya'ya taşındı. Eylül 2004'te Jill Kelly Productions ile sözleşme imzaladı. Eylül 2005'te TeraVision ile bir sözleşme imzaladı. Mayıs 2008'de Penthouse dergisinin kapağı oldu. Şubat 2013'te ABD vatandaşı oldu. Mayıs 2014'te Twitter hesabından Toronto Belediye Başkanı Rob Ford'a karşı rakip aday olacağını duyurdu. 28 Mayıs 2014 tarihinde belediye başkan adayı olmak için başvurusunu sunmaya çalıştı ancak başvurusu kabul edilmedi. Haziran 2016'da ürün tanıtımı yapmak için Brazzers ile anlaştı. Birkaç ay sonra Brazzers için yapılan bir çekim sırasında sahnenin yönetmeni Tony T tarafından saldırıya uğradığını iddia etti. Suçlamaların ardından Ramon Nomar ve Tony T ile davalık oldu.
