Özet

People who spent time at Alecto—a now-bankrupt private employment activation firm in Copenhagen—share their stories of work and unemployment. These accounts are set against footage of the empty, abandoned premises. Interspersed throughout, a clairvoyant man named Sander Søndergaard is seen walking through the building, tuning in to the "voice" and "soul" of the empty rooms—spaces that once housed the Saint Johannes Foundation’s workhouse. Alecto’s parent company now operates a testing center called Microworld, where the unemployed can have their qualifications assessed; this center is currently located in one of the vacant spaces.
