Özet

On 6 October 2022, commemorations of the 6 October massacre were held in many places and drew far more people than in previous years, a result of the political awakening and the youth movement of that time. Amid the remembrance and the political expression, music became a vital way of bringing people together and stirring a shared feeling. Each site had its own performances and songs, reflecting different contexts, emotions and meanings. With Love and Melody explores the role of music at the 6 October commemorations of 2022, through the singing along, the listening and the immersion in song of devoted music lovers, for whom music is as much a part of life as anything else.
