Özet

For 31 days, a filmmaker takes a vow of silence to explore her own relationship with silence. By choosing not to speak, she creates space to observe what silence means to her and how it changes the way she experiences herself and the world around her. The film documents the experience as it unfolds, capturing the thoughts, moments, and questions that come with spending an entire month in silence.
