Özet

This film takes the observant spectator into the profound intimacy of an actress and the female character whom she is rehearsing for – both on and off the theatre stage – within a deep human crisis, which, at some point, becomes impossible to separate between the two women (the actual one and the fictitious character). While the young female character is experiencing a deeply dramatic distress (related to anorexia, bulimia and insomnia), the actress rehearsing the role (under the guidance of a male theatre director, and under the restrictive circumstances of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic) reconsiders her professional status from the perspective of the act of artistic creation and the messages it transmits to a potential audience. With their minds, souls, and bodies, the two women (real and virtual) express a shaking picture of the complex problems and difficulties confronting femininity nowadays. https://www.dorobantu-tv.com/o/
