In a post-USA dystopia the teen rebel Libertaria escapes from the GenTech Factory and teams up with her addict father Simeon to lead an underground cyborg children's army against the evil reverse-aging Collective. Combining the best of traditional opera, the Broadway musical, and electronic music into a complex riveting sci-fi story launches opera into the 21 century.
