Özet
During the Japanese occupation of Hong Kong, the soldiers had a clubhouse, where, on V-J Day, they committed seppuku. However, tonight is the Ghost Festival, when ghosts are allowed one night's leave, and the Colonel has risen, turning those he bites into vampires.
