Özet

A newly arrived electrician struggles to keep his phone charged to talk to his wife in the village; a balloon vendor and his pregnant partner long for respite from the noxious fumes of a nearby refinery; a college boy feigns interest in birds to impress a girl who leads guided flamingo tours.
